In case of ewallet balance becomes -negative due to low or nil balance, the outstanding has to be cleared on immidiate basis, the services will resume once the negative balance or outstanding is clear. Banking money transfer franchise service fees are not included in agent registration service list, banking money transfer franchise service charges will be extra. Railway e-ticket booking digital certificate two years validity (Dongle based) and one year (OTP based) rail id charges will be applicable or subject to vary after registration.

In case Pay4Biz discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, Pay4Biz its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, Pay4Biz shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such services. The User unequivocally indemnifies Pay4Biz of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Pay4Biz responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Pay4Biz for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers

You hereby indemnify us and shall continue to keep us indemnified including any of our officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

Pay4Biz reserves the right to charge franchise fees for certain services, as well as development fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Pay4Biz has rights to alter or charge for any new technology update in portal, software, services and product. Retailer, master portal and network partner will be liable to pay the charges (if any) for new technology update in portal. Pay4Biz further reserves the right to alter any and all fees, commissions and margins for franchise modules and users as per service providers profit margin fluctuations from time to time, without notice. Hosting charges for White Label Portal will be applicable per month. Any changes and addtional services or product requirement (not in proposal ) will attract addtional charge.

After completing documents and full payment formalities Retailer get login credentials in 2-3 business working days.

In case of distributorship application 3-4 business working days.

B2C Live Travel Portal development process will take 3-4 business working days.

Master Portal B2B White Label development process will take 3-4 business working days.

In case of railway booking digital certificate activation, documents will be required under railway e-ticketing agency registration guidelines. Railway eticketing agency registration usually process in minimum 2-3 business working days after partner login activation.

All Products or Franchise fees are not refundable. Once the applications has been processed cancellation will not be accepted. No cancellation are permitted for those products/services that the Pay4Biz marketing team has obtained during promotional offers or on special occasions such as Month end offers, Diwali, Christmas or New year etc. Due to occasional offerings for limited period the cancellations are not possible. In case of Product or Service cancellation the refund amount (if any) shall be credited to partner e-wallet.

The cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of submitting an application. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the applications have been communicated to the Distributors/marketing agencies team and they have initiated the process of working on their own level.

In case of refund amount pay back to the customer deduct 20% Amount on purchased amount Within 30-45 business working days.

Pay4Biz may provide the User with contents such as sound, photographs, graphics, video or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information. This material may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights and laws. The User may use this material only as expressly authorized by Pay4Biz and shall not copy, transmit or create derivative works of such material without express authorization.

The User acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute any content on or through the Services or other proprietary right of a third party, without obtaining the permission of the owner of such right. Any copyrighted or other proprietary content distributed with the consent of the owner must contain the appropriate copyright or other proprietary rights notice. The unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and could subject the User to personal liability or criminal prosecution.

Any dispute or claim arising under any franchise partner agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai. We request you to read all the terms and condition before applying for franchise or services. By applying for franchise, product or services you are agreeing to these terms & condition of M/s. PAY 4 BIZ (www.pay4biz.com). The Courts of Mumbai & the place of Mumbai shall be having the jurisdiction to resolve the disputes (if any).
